Terms of Service
Last updated: May 29, 2026
By creating an account or placing an order on this site, you affirm that you are a qualified researcher purchasing reference compounds on behalf of a research institution, contract laboratory, university group, or comparable scientific entity. You agree not to consume, administer, inject, compound, resell, or otherwise distribute these products for any non-research purpose.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this website and any orders placed through it. By browsing the site, creating an account, or submitting an order you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You may use this site only if you are at least 21 years of age, legally permitted to purchase laboratory reference compounds in your jurisdiction, and acting on behalf of a research institution, contract laboratory, university group, or comparable scientific entity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials you create and for every order placed under those credentials. We may suspend or terminate access if the eligibility representation appears inaccurate.
3. Products are research-use-only reference compounds
Every product listed on this site is supplied as a reference compound for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical method development, and educational use. None of the products has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. None is a drug, dietary supplement, food, cosmetic, or medical device. No product is offered, sold, or characterized for diagnostic, therapeutic, preventative, or other human or animal application.
4. Prohibited use
You agree that you will not, and will not allow any other person to:
- Administer, ingest, inject, inhale, apply, or otherwise introduce any product into any human or animal body.
- Compound, formulate, or repackage any product for personal or commercial human or veterinary use.
- Resell, redistribute, or transfer any product to a party that intends any of the above.
- Misrepresent your identity, research affiliation, or intended use when placing an order.
- Use the site or the products in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law.
5. Order acceptance and right to refuse
Submission of an order is an offer to purchase, not a contract. A contract is formed only when we accept the order by issuing a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or refund any order at our sole discretion at any time before or after fulfillment — including but not limited to orders where the buyer's stated research purpose appears inconsistent with the products or quantities ordered, where the shipping destination is on a restricted list, where the payment cannot be verified, or where the order would breach these Terms.
6. Pricing, availability, and errors
Prices, lot availability, and product specifications shown on the site may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate; however, typographical errors, lot-data updates, and supply changes do occur. Where an error materially affects an order — for example, an obviously incorrect price or a stockout — we may cancel and refund the affected line items before dispatch.
7. Restricted destinations
We ship to addresses inside the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or any international destination. Individual compounds may carry additional state-level restrictions; orders for restricted compounds shipped to restricted states are cancelled and refunded in full before fulfillment. You are responsible for confirming that receipt and in-vitro use of a specific compound is lawful at the shipping address.
8. Intellectual property
The site's content — including the wordmark, the brand mark, page copy, product photography, layout, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade-dress law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without prior written permission, other than the temporary cache copy your browser makes while viewing the site.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Products are supplied AS IS, with no warranty beyond the Certificate of Analysis published on the product page for the specific lot delivered. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. The site itself is also provided AS IS, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any order, the use of any product, or the use of this site, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost research data, or lost time, even if advised of the possibility of those damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us, our officers, employees, contractors, and licensors harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right in connection with this site or any order placed through it.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation will be submitted to binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Wilmington, Delaware, with judgment on the award enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Neither party may bring claims as a class member or class representative; all claims must be brought in the party's individual capacity.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version is effective when posted to this page, identified by the "Last updated" date shown above. Material changes are summarized at the top of the revised Terms for thirty days after they take effect. Continued use of the site or placement of new orders after a revision is taken effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Together with the Privacy Policy, the Research-Use Policy, and the Shipping & Returns Policy referenced on this site, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject matter.
