Dispatch window
Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are typically released for dispatch the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are released on the next business day. A tracking number is emailed to the order address as soon as the carrier accepts the parcel.
Domestic shipping options
Three flat-rate options are available at checkout for every domestic order, regardless of order weight or value. Transit times are estimates from the carrier; weather and routing can extend them.
- Ground — $8 — 3–5 business days, tracked carrier service.
- Priority — $15 — 2–3 business days, tracked priority service.
- UPS 2-Day Air — $30 — 2 business days, guaranteed delivery window from the carrier.
Packaging
Each lyophilized reference compound is sealed in a nitrogen-flushed vial labeled with the compound name, lot number, and net peptide content. Vials ship inside tamper-evident outer containers at ambient temperature; we do not provide active refrigeration or gel-pack chilling in transit. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for the short transit windows offered here. On receipt, transfer the unopened vial to −20 °C laboratory storage.
All sales are final
Due to the nature of our research reference compounds, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are non-refundable. Please review product information, lot details, and the current Certificate of Analysis carefully before completing your purchase. The research desk is available before ordering to clarify any specification.
Product issues
Product-related concerns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the following exceptions:
- COA purity mismatch. Refunds are issued only when the analytical purity of the lot you received does not match the value printed on the third-party Certificate of Analysis shipped with your order. Contact the research desk within fourteen days of delivery with the order number, lot identifier, and your independent analytical data; confirmed COA discrepancies are eligible for a full refund or replacement at our discretion.
- Improper reconstitution. If the product was reconstituted with a solvent other than sterile bacteriostatic water (or another laboratory-grade reconstitution solvent appropriate to the compound), credits or refunds will not be offered — improper reconstitution can affect compound integrity, and we cannot verify storage conditions once a parcel has left our control.
- Duplicate charges or technical errors. If you notice a duplicate charge or a technical error on our part, contact the research desk within fifteen days so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
Damaged or short shipments
Photograph the unopened parcel from multiple angles if damage is visible at the time of delivery. Email the research desk within twenty-four hours of carrier delivery with the order number and the photos attached and we will arrange a replacement at no additional charge once the loss is confirmed against the carrier record.
Restricted destinations
We ship inside the continental United States only at this time. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations. Specific compounds may carry additional state-level restrictions; orders to a restricted state for a restricted compound are cancelled and refunded in full before fulfillment.
